Complete Certificate
Completion Process for Students
- Student successfully completes all admission and course requirements for certificate
- Student obtains Graduate Certificate Completion Form
- Student completes the form and gets the director and college dean to sign it (if student does not get the required signatures, the GC office will but please keep in mind this will delay the process)
- Student can submit form by email to: askusf4you@usf.edu
Completion Process for Graduate Certificates
- OGC notifies Registrar's Office of completion so that the student's transcripts can be updated
- OGC orders a formal certificate of completion through DiploMatic
Completion Process for Departments
- Designated certificate director or department staff member confirms satisfactory completion of certificate course requirements. Students must have a 3.0 average in the graduate certificate coursework to be eligible for completion
- Designated certificate director signs completion form and obtains the appropriate college dean's signature
- Signed Certificate Completion Form is then sent to the Office of Graduate Certificates (OGC) in SVC1072
